Goldpanners Grill - Fairbanks

I found myself in Fairbanks, ironically the trip had nothing to do with the Army nor was it planned leisure. So I know nothing about Alaska. But I do know burgers. Ugh, white girl foodie pretentious. Best burger in Alaska, though. Serious. And the pulled pork poutine. All great, unique taste, friendly service. Seating on wooden spoil tables and folding chairs in late summer Alaska. All good. Kinda pricy, but not for Alaska, and you eat someplace with poutine you're probably being glutinous anyway, so... All in all, a burger that is good and has a pretty unique taste, varied burger-centric menu (there's a porkchop sandwich! , friendly faces, effortlessly cool place and fast service!

Just ate here and it was amazing!! Will definitely eat there again before end of the season. Best burger I've had in town in a long time. Ladies were super sweet too!

We had ate their twice now and wasn't really impressed. The burgers taste like meatloaf and every time I get them, the buns are soggy along with the fries! Oh and we also had to wait 45+ minutes because they gave our food away to someone else! Mistakes happen, I understand! Wish I could've left a better review :
