From all almost food sites they get the best for what they pay. general friendly staff. sometimes there's a pretty waiting time to eat. I never had problems here. always tasty and tastes more at home grilled. better than mcdonald’s.

Waited 30 full minutes for a famous star western burger only burgers. Sweet to feel could later have food poisoning, idk. famous star was perfect. the restroom was clean. the manager helped give out the food. yall has a dirty kitchen floor of wrappers and who knows what else.

This restaurant could really benefit from a management overhaul. The disorganization and lack of customer attention are quite alarming. I was third in line and it took over 15 minutes to get through. When I asked why it was taking so long, they didn’t have a clear answer, except that their ice machine was broken and they were cooking French fries one order at a time. My drink was flat and warm, so I asked to have it replaced. The food came out very slowly, too. While there were a few staff members circulating in the restaurant, they weren't taking care of customers at the counter or in the drive-thru. To top it all off, after finishing my drink, I opened the lid to add ice and found a long black hair in my cup. How can I rate this place anything better than one star?

Every time I visit, it takes about 20-30 minutes to get my food. The staff is quite decent, but they always seem to be overwhelmed. If you're looking for a quick meal, this isn't the place.

I have never been to this restaurant without having to clean food off my own table before sitting down. The food is generally decent for the price, but my orders often get mixed up. During my last visit, the staff were arguing about who would be responsible for making my milkshake. The restaurant's interior usually appears dirty and could benefit from more frequent cleaning. Customer service tends to be inconsistent; sometimes the staff are friendly, while other times they're not. Given the noticeable decline in staff and service over the past year, I am unlikely to return.
