Brewster's Northgate - Fairbanks

Good food. Drinks did not skimp on alcohol. Terrible service from our waitress. She disappeared and our drinks never came. Eventually she came back and took the order since she forgot what we ordered. Hostess noticed how bad things were going and stopped in to do the waitress job. Yay to her!

Great dinner, very good service, sorry I don't remember the young ladies name, dark hair. Very nice and attentive. Fish and chips (Halibut) were WONDERFUL!

On the evening of Monday June 30 my family of 5 ate dinner at Brewsters. We had a great waiter, and a wonderful meal.

Great lunch today at this locally owned stalwart. Service was great, the lunch special BLT salad was huge and delicious. In fact, over the years I have had many salads here and they are always terrific. But the burgers are the real standout, my lunch companion had one today and it looked world class!

This place is fairly good. You'll get a good meal and it's casual enough to enjoy your time there. Could use an updating in my opinion to make it really stand out, bring the menu forward to what's current and popular. Decent selections but nothing that stood out.
