Thyme In The Ranch - Fairbanks Ranch

Whenever we visit the Village of Rancho Santa Fe we always make it a point to eat at Thyme in the Ranch. It’s not only the quaint atmosphere that is inviting, but the food is over the top delicious. From the breakfast sandwiches to my favorite Cobb salad, this is a prime example of what food should look and taste like. The owners Keely and Marc are always onsite to make you feel right at home. Don’t forget the pastries. One look at them in the display case and you’ll be hooked. I know we are!

What a jewel box of a special place! The vintage and super cars around weren’t bad either. Loved the ambiance, the cottage feel. Coffee was great as was the large quiche selection. I dug into my chocolate cake slice. Very much recommended

Charming restaurant with delicious and fresh American offerings. The hot turkey sandwich was fantastic and they do not skimp on the turkey! Make sure to buy some of their homemade baked goods. Restaurant has outdoor and indoor seating and is across the street from a park where you could take your food to go.

Cute little place, I loved the atmosphere and the food offerings looked good. I ordered a chicken enchilada verde and unfortunately it was soggy and lackluster in flavor but there were many other dishes I’d be curious to try. I’ll definitely be back, just not for the enchilada verde.

Super cozy spot. The breakfast burrito was INCREDIBLE! I really enjoyed my double vanilla latte too… great coffee forward flavor!
