Subway - Fair Oaks

This is a fantastic place – my favorite and the best experience I've had at any subway store. The employees are exceptional!

This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was impressed! They are generous with their toppings, and the customer service is excellent!

The staff is so friendly and ready to accommodate any requests. The cleanest Subway I have ever been into. Thank you and keep up the good work.

The experience at the restaurant was excellent. The sandwiches were made with care and tasted great. I was quite disappointed to find out that they don't accept coupons because Subway Corporation doesn't provide them with discounts. I also missed a small sign at the beginning of the line because I was focused on the menu and didn’t look in the right spot. I hesitated to pay after learning about the coupon situation, but since the sandwiches were already made, I decided to go ahead and take them. Next time, I know to pay closer attention or ask about the coupons. Overall, it was a great experience!

Perfect customer service, I was happy with the way men took care of our food and delivered top performance happy service, even while smoking outside and mask needed. He answered my questions about the bread and so on and I would come back.
