Panda Express - Fair Oaks

No problem with portion size at this location. We actually order from this location rather than a closer one just because they don't skimp and the food is always fresher.

The food was great and the dasher did their job. Im rating 3 stars because the store didnt put any utensils or napkins in despite us ordering them, and we ordered a chicken egg roll but they didnt give any sweet and sour to go with it. This is the 3rd or 4th time now we have ordered something that should come with sweet and sour only to be given none. There is no spot to order extra sauce so they would know to put some in the bag and comments or substitutions are turned off so we cant put the request there either.

The food was very tastey, but we were disappointed in the serving size. The two main courses were very small, and there was very little meat, compared to when we've gone to Panda Express in person.

Always love Panda Express, sadly dasher took 40+ minutes to deliver so it was cold but that's not Panda Express's fault

This restaurant has been getting worse and worse with their to go and delivered orders. My bow had 3/4 full of rice and mushroom chicken . That consisted of 1 small piece of chicken, 4 very large cut mushrooms and maybe 5 small pieces of zucchini. The food didnt even ready the lid. Feel like npanda takes advantage of their customers not being present during their order prep. I am going to make sure that all of the search pages for this panda on Madison and Hazel know how their employees take advantage and still raise their prices .
