Wow, it's no surprise the restaurant has low ratings. The $15 steak and shrimp bowl was only half full. Just check out the negative reviews from previous customers.
I ordered a large bowl online and it was halfway filled. It’s unbelievable I had to pay $10 for the amount for a small bowl. They are very stingy with how much rice they add.
The restaurant has seriously gone downhill. It's incredibly dirty and disorganized, which I believe is due to poor management. It used to be much better than this. The staff seem indifferent and haphazardly throw food together. Even when asked to be more careful, they repeat the same mistakes. They often run out of guacamole and blame it on the morning crew. This has happened twice now. Overall, the experience is messy, rude, and chaotic.
I was left wanting more after my experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and the female staff members behind the counter were friendly. However, I was disappointed with the food quality. I ordered a burrito to go, but it was not fully wrapped and almost fell on the floor. The vegetables inside were clearly not washed, which concerned me considering recent E. Coli outbreaks. I hope they address this quality issue soon, as finding a fingernail and unwashed veggies in my food has put me off returning to Qdoba. I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 solely because of the good service.
