Food quality I do not say bad but very poor

Very disappointed by everything, the way of cooking is from nightmare, grilled sausages smelled of meat gone wrong, maybe I happened on the wrong day everything is possible, but I do not understand the positive reviews. If they change management and renew the local I will return the place is nice to spend a Sunday.

Friendly staff. It would take a little more organization. Good truffle pasta (from menu are proposed tagliatelle) but the noodles are not really served. We have a starter and a first. It's the only restaurant in town.

It's always nice to eat at Norma's. But it's not the restaurant of the past. The truffle noodles were a little sticky and the tiramisu looked like another dessert, had little tiramisu. It still gives 4 stars because the grill with potatoes, cut, porcarelli and chocolate cake were excellent. Very abundant portions. Then the place is always beautiful.
