Starbucks - EXTON

Even as busy as they were, they kept their cool and actually kept ppl informed of the potential wait time depending on items ordered.Place is clean, good size parking and friendly staff.

Great place always friendly and quick. I've never had a bad experience.Parking: Tons of parking although I always walk.

Why is this location always randomly closed? was a literal whiteboard sign at the drive thru window stating they are closed. It’s 2:20pm on a Tuesday. I’ve also never sat in a longer drive thru than at this location.

No way a scone and a cake pop should take more than 5 mins with me just standing there. There were no customers at the drive-thru or at the counter. 3 people inside and barely any mobile orders while 2-3 employees had time to chitchat. Honestly, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks… it started bad when I wasn’t greeted and had to wait 2-5 mins to even get someone to take my order.
