Contribuiți la feedbackWent to this location for the first time, DELICIOUS. My wife, infant, and I were going on a nice summer walk on Chester Valley trail, and decided to grab a bite to eat. This is quite a popular trail, might I add, a lot of foot traffic coming through here. It looks like a handful of businesses are aware of this, and have allowed foot traffic to patron their business with access paths(Wawa, Starbucks, etc), but this hoagie shop was incredibly difficult to get to. I had to illegally cross the street, and leave my wife and kid behind to get to this location. There could be a way through the grass to get to it, but this old run down property fence blocks you and forces you into the street. Either way, will definitely be back next time on walking this trail! Thank you!
Stopped in tonight very quick service Natalie and Nuna provided great service. I definitely recommend.
DO NOT spend your money at this location! They have the most Disrespectful staff, totally clueless and will screw up the most easy order and not refund you! I had to call my bank directly to dispute the charge because they are so delinquent on performing a simple refund! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
I have been going to this Primos for a long time and they must be under new management because my most recent experience was awful. We ordered 2 hoagies, both of which were incorrect. We called and asked if they can remake the hoagies and they said sure as long as we bring back the original hoagies. I drove back to the store with the hoagies and was ready to exchange, but the worker said the hoagies are not ready yet, and they will not allow me to exchange anymore. The worker mentioned that she took the order and heard/verified we wanted mayo and only offered to replace one of them. We definitely did not order mayo, also, the cheese was wrong on one of the hoagies too, so I asked again for both to be replaced, but they were not budging. Then I asked for a refund on the order, they said they can not do that as their manager is not available. I have never been to a store before where a refund/return could not be accommodated on top of being told many times that we were in the wrong. AWFUL customer service.
When you walk in 1 hour and 15 minutes before the closing hour and you hear the employees moan because someone else came in after us that tells me that you don 't care enough about the customers or making money. I then went in at 7:10 and all of the chairs were upside down on the tables again, telling me you don 't want customers. Primos will hopefully be closed soon. Then we 'll hear it 's because of the lock downs not your horrible customer service
