Anthony's Wood Oven Pizzeria Italiano

I absolutely love this pizza place, and I'm thrilled that it's just a short walk from my office. They always have convenient options for grabbing a slice to go, and their white cakes with Gorgonzola cheese are the best I've ever had. The owners are incredibly friendly, so be sure to ask them what's baking in the oven!

I saved a slice of pizza (which was delicious, as always) and mentioned to the owners that what they were eating looked tempting. They generously offered me a taste of their meal, which they had prepared for themselves. It was a kind gesture that wasn't necessary, but I truly appreciated it. I highly recommend giving this restaurant a try!

The pizza is notch! Great every time. It's expensive, but you get what you pay in this place. Never disappoint.

Very disappointed with the overall quality of the pizza, especially considering that better alternatives are nearby for the same price, or even cheaper. Ordered a cheese pizza, of which looked great appearance-wise despite being on the smaller side. However, the pizza was nearly flavorless, with an almost freezer burnt tasting crust. I suspect that they are cooking their pizza crusts in advance, and then building the pizza on top of them. This would explain the crust being dry and brittle, with the rest of the pizza not adhering to the crust. I did not see a wood oven inside the shop. I don't know if they are using a wood-fired oven despite the name saying otherwise. Also ordered a cheesesteak. This was a better product, but still not overly impressed with it.
