I had the great luck to have cost many of rolanda's wonderful cake! I can say that they look absolutely delicious and stunning. she is an experienced vegan cakemaker. they are art works and completely unique and would deserve to be framed if they don't taste so good! I know that they also cut well (important on a birthday party) and that customers are absolutely thrilled with the cakes they receive. highly recommended!
