Contribuiți la feedbackGreeted and served by friendly staff but at lunchtime on a Saturday it was surprisingly quiet, the burger was cold, chips were far too salty and the coffee was lukewarm and too strong. what stood out the most was that this is by far the filthiest restaurant I have ever been it and it wasn’t just the usual mess from a busy day, this is ground in grime and grease, just awful.
Exceptional service and a very tasty burger burger was cooked fresh within minutes of us arriving will deffintly be back first class well done
Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger on Deliveroo. The website allows for customers to make their burger plain by selecting the ‘PLAIN’ button, although it doesn’t specify what this actually removes from the burger and how ‘plain’ the altered burger will be. Other than this there is no allowance for removing specific ingredients from the burger, a feature that most restaurants on Deliveroo provide. The burger i ordered only contains 3 ingredients, bacon, burger and cheese. I assumed by selecting PLAIN, it would remove the cheese which is what i wanted as i am lactose intolerant. DESPITE selecting plain, my burger arrived with bacon, burger and cheese exactly as described with no alterations, meaning not only was my request to make the burger plain ignored but i could not eat my burger. The website needs to be clearer about what a ‘plain’ burger actually is and allow a function to remove specific items from the burger that are unwanted.
Walked in and ordered, used card payment no cash, asked for a bbq sauce, o that’s another 20p, but no cash please, so not using a card for 20p. Went upstairs, tables are all dirty with rubbish on them. Food then was cold on opening.Avoid this place, not taking your safety seriously enough.
I’ve been to a few different fast food places since lockdown and have been impressed with how hot the staff have been with sanitising tables, one way systems and ensure customers sign in for NHS Track and Trace. However, I wish I could say the same about this particular Burger King. I went just yesterday to do some early Christmas shopping and went for dinner. I couldn’t get into KFC as they were takeaway only and McDonalds was quite full, so I went over to Burger King, where there was hardly anybody about. They sort of had a one way system in place, but there was nobody at the door asking as to whether I would be eating in or taking away. I was not asked to sign in for Track and Trace and could not even find the QR code that businesses have to display. I then asked for a chicken fries meal and a large Fanta. I was only given the chicken fries and no chips, although luckily I was not charged for a meal. I then sat upstairs by the window near a wall socket to charge my phone. I saw that when some groups left, other groups would come in and sit in the same table the last group was sat, and no staff had come out to even sanitise these tables, like they’re supposed to. Went to use the bathroom not changed since the last time I went before lockdown floors covered in water and urine and nearly slipped as I was walking out. Very poor customer service, no concern for customers health and safety or for cleanliness of store. Would not go to again and would definitely not recommend to friends and family.
