Contribuiți la feedbackI wanted to order our pizza tonight. The girl said it wasn't yet. I saw another order on a shelf, after 20 minutes the older woman waited an order that just came out of the kitchen and it was for the one in the rack and gave me cold hard pizza.
Pizza ordered with onions. Without her. Second time in a row. It won't be a third
This restaurant has always offered a great service when I went there. Sometimes I go with my grandparents, and the staff treats them like the family from the second they walk in the door to the second they leave. The food is always great.
I love how saucy Sabatini's pizza is compared to other places in The Valley as I love a lot of sauce on my pizza. I usually get a good service from them. However, when I call in an order to pick up, the person I get on the phone reaches everywhere from 'not good and rushes me on the phone' to 'rude and should 't be worrying about customers directly'. I don't get good customer service when I call in an order. I can handle that they are on the phone facts, but a lot of time they really hurry, as if you make them uncomfortable by calling, or they are just rude. If you are around customers on the phone or in-person, you should always have people who have good customer service skills to not alienate or turn off the people who spend money in your facility.
