This is definitely a spot you would be more apt to find in downtown KC Missouri not excelsior springs or anywhere north of KC. The staff is super helpful takes pride in their work. The servings are massive but more importantly the food is phenomenal. My girlfriend agrees the power pancakes beat anything we’ve had in KC. The building seems really new. Table couch seating, as well as outdoor tables. You won’t find food this good for this good of a price anywhere. I’ll definitely be a returning customer.

Cute establishment, and best breakfast and lunch menu around the area. I would highly recommend anything on the menu. I had the stuffed french toast and it was absolutely delicious.Enjoy a wonderful meal and get your day started at Opportunity Cafe and Coffee!

Loved The Opportunity Cafe! The food, staff atmosphere was fantastic! We were staying at The Elms resort which is just a short drive away. Definitely recommend this place! We will be back!
