Mcdonald's - Excelsior Springs

App wasn't working it was 5 minutes per car on the drive thru for a total time time of 25 minutes. Multiple cars left before ordering, and it looked like there wasn't enough staff. Good thing it was 3pm on a Saturday.

All fast food isn't fast. People go through a drive thru because of the convenience of not having to park their car, get out of their car, walk in to make an order, get their food, sit down and eat.10 minutes in a drive thru isn't convenient.

Location has gotten awful as of 2024. Management refuses to do anything. Wait times over 45 minutes and wrong order every time.

The food quality was poor even for a McDonald's. (Cheese slices barely on the burger, 5 nuggets instead of 6, honey mustard instead of honey, no napkins) Poor!

This place is unreal... It's been awhile since I've seen so much chaos in one place. I even saw a couple people getting their own cups from behind the counter. Needless to say, we were there for a minute... or 30 minutes would be more accurate.
