They were so soaked in grease I couldn't even eat them, not to mention the browning of the Advocado.A waist of $20.00 down the drain.I eat these all the time, and they are crispy and fres. The cooks should be ASHAMED they let this food come off of the line looking like this. The looks of it screams clogged arteries. I will be contacting the corporate office.
Most Junk service EVER. 2nd time went with a party of 15 waited over 2 hours while everyone went in AND came out. Never going there again
As a part of our family tradition when visiting Hawaii, we had dinner at the Cheesecake Factory. We usually go to the Waikiki location but since we are staying in Kapolei, we decided to go to this location. We had made a reservation in advance so when we arrived, our table was ready. We sat in the patio, the server was fast and attentive. I ordered the lemon piccata, which was Ok, too sour for my liking. My husband went with his usual Jambalaya, which was way too salty and had a strong vinegar taste. When we mentioned it to the server, she offered to switch it out to another dish pineapple shrimp was the next pick. That dish was very sweet and by the time it arrived, the rest of us has already finished our meal.To add salt to injury, when we registered the reservation and created a rewards account online, we were under the impression that we were supposed to get a free piece of cheese cake. Turns out, that is not the case.Overall, the experience at this location was quiet disappointing and this will likely be our last visit to the Cheesecake Factory. The food and the drinks were also very overpriced. $33 for 2 long Island iced teas were hefty. Entrees were around $29 each. Very pricey, especially considering the poor quality of food.We are never going back!
Definitely no Gluten Free friendly!Im allergic to Gluten, not bad like Celiac disease but I do end up looking like Hitch in the movie when he had his reaction.I had the Thai Lettuce wraps, and boy did I pay the price The next day!The sauces have gluten. So now I look like Quasimodo ?My hubby's Fish Tacos tortilla didn't taste like OG Corn tortillas, so I did a little research when I got home, turns out there is flour in their corn tortillas, and also their corn chips are dusted with flour . Also their artichoke dip has soy sauce which has gluten. Gluten allergies are a serious concern. My friend and her 2 kids ended up in the hospital because the paper take out containers had gluten! Not from this establishment but, just sharing to show how serious Gluten allergies are.I used to love Cheesecake Factory, but now that I have developed allergies I don't think it's something my health can afford to gamble with. There should be some guidelines to alert us about things we assume are gluten free, like corn tortillas or lettuce wraps.Besides that, the service was great!Dietary restrictions: NOT GLUTEN FRIENDLY OR SAFE!!
Takes a while when you ask for condiments or more bread...pasta a bit on the dry side...but taste was okay..Parking: plenty...
