The server could've been more cheerful being it was the first hour even though English-speaking was a minimum he could've at least show customer service by smiling.

Tasty and affordable. They give you plenty of food for a great price. Well done.

I had high hopes for Ramen Bones. Good reviews. Near my hotel. But, for me, less than stellar. My takeout Charsiu Ramen looked good. Ingredients nested in a container above the broth. After combining them though, I discovered very salty broth, with pork less tender than it could have been. The broth could also have used just a touch more oil for a better mouth feel. (Yes... that's a thing! Especially with ramen. I was going to eat in, but the place was empty, and too cold for me. A couple of other take out orders were filled while I waited, which didn't take long. With so many choices nearby, I think I'll try another next time.

I had the tonkotsu Ramen and have always enjoyed it. I also got the Shuman which I always get along side the ramen.
