Costco Food Court - Ewa Villages

They never answer their phone and they act like they are doing me service.

Much better than the food court at the Costco in Kona. Love the ordering system here too.

I like their self order kiosk so you skip the line. But when they are understaffed it’s not very efficient. I had ordered from the kiosk and a customer walked up to the register and ordered exactly what I did and except with an additional smoothie. He paid cash and got his order, walked away. And 5min later my number was called. So efficiency could could be better. But how could you complain with the value pricing that good?

The worst ever!!!! Ordered 1 pizza at 540pm. They gave out 5 pizzas to numbers at least 10 past us. Then at 630 they finally say oh, we just put it in! Are u kidding me. They closed at 6!!! And here we are looking stupid 630 with no pizza. Then we asked for a refund and no one came to the register to help us they just ignored us. Finally, an hour later, we get a manager and she doesn't even know how to refund my card. Then when all said and done almost an hour later, she offers me a free soda for my time. Wow, really Costco. I've been a member for over 25 years. This hasn't been my only bad experience at this Costco either but this one put me over the edge to finally leave a review and let people know STAY AWAY FROM KAPOLEI COSTCO. THE STAFF IS HELLA RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL. SAVE YOUR SANITY AND GO TO TOWN OR Waipio. So bad and I work in the hospitality industry too. Kapolei Costco sucks!!!!

I order a sundae and it was half way filled, so I ask the lady to either give me a new one or fill it. She weigh the sundae, ? I wonder what the idea. WELP!Update: people who work at the food court DO NOT ANSWER Phone order, and they will ask you if you made a phone order? ? ? Costco should create a phone app ordering so we don't need to call if they don't answer anyway, besides it helps with the orders to be precise like Mc D ordering.!Manager should look into this mess.
