Hardly ever a manager on site. Employees always have to call them if something goes or is wrong. What type of business is this.

Brought my kids on a Friday night and the young adults behind counter were so respectful, polite and patient with my family and I. I was expecting it to be cold so I brought a jacket but it felt so warm and cozy. I didn't have to hurry up and eat my ice cream because I was freezing. We took our time and relaxed with our cones! The interior looked remodeled with new seating too!

Service is good but product was terrible. Order 2 large chocolate shakes at $12 each and instead of shakes I got chocolate milk!! Worst shake I've ever had. They used to be the best but I don't know if I would come back for another one.

My son enjoys coming here. Staff is polite. Consistent exceptional customer service from LJ... friendly, knowledgeable, and always greets us with a smile. He deserves a raise!

Princess and Owen we're the best!I picked up an ice cream cake order and the name was spelled wrong by the morning cake decorator. Princess and Owen we're very helpful in trying to fix the cake and provided great service. They even gave the birthday girl a free ice cream scoop!Mahalo for all the help!
