Pearls Korean Bbq - Ewa Beach

BBQ beef was really salty and the BBQ chicken was dry! So disappointed. This expensive lunch plate was a waste. Had a comedian in the rest and manager didn't do anything to ask him to go. I hope he didn't make too much trouble. When I left, he asked for a cup of water, then spilled it on the floor.

The food is delicious, I could eat it every day without getting bored. The price is good. My favorite plate is Bbq beef with vegetables.

Ordered a Mini Kalbi and Mini Meat Jun. I was called for my order #188. When I came home, a mini-meat boy with 188 and a full mid-June #187 had. I wanted to call back and nobody answered. Quality of food is terrible not worth the $28. Amazing that other reviews find this Ewa Beach Pearl BBQ ?good? when I never had a good experience in the few times I ordered. Will they not come back? ve never redeemed when I do!

Probably the worst meat that Jun I?ve had in my life. This place used to be good, but now the chefs don't really care. Can you at least cut the meat junk into pieces?

If I could give them 0 stars, I would! My mom placed an order of $96 today and simply wanted to add a drink to her order. The server, named Mary, was not helpful. She was rude as she was laughing at my mother along with her fellow coworker. Their costumer service needs tweaking. Absolute horrible horrible disrespectful towards costumers! I see other reviews of their costumer service, but has it been addressed at all?
