Panda Express - Ewa Beach

I order 3 plates to go and when I came home and tried the food, the fried rice UNCOOKED! is very disappointing, every time I buy from this store, there is always a problem, last time I order plate you forget to put the walnut shrimp, now I have to come back and back, so humbug?

I'll start saying that I'm not a big fan of Panda, but the fact that they all hacked their veggies into clear containers was great to see in clear refrigerators for everyone. The place is really clean and, at least for me, everything was fresh, quite a lot made on site, and hot; nothing was cold or warm when I came home, which is a big plus for me. In any case, would go back!

Food quality is good for what it is, reasonably priced Chinese food. Biggest issue is that the seem unable to make food when requested in online orders. I've done several online orders for specific pickup times and I have yet to have the food ready when I get there at the request time or after. Worst case is it being ready over 15 minutes after the requested time.

Food was dry, service and staff were not caring. One was asleep in the dining area. I also myself and the lady wanted Cho fun, and we were refused. Food was dry and portions were small. Manager unhelpful.

The restaurant has a nice design, although it is a bit smaller in size. The staff is friendly, and the entrées are well-prepared and readily available. I usually never wait more than a few minutes, and most items are usually in stock. I typically visit during the day rather than at night, so I can't speak to the evening experience, but I highly recommend it for an afternoon or early evening visit. The attentive and helpful staff ensures a steady supply of everything you need on-site.
