Pastelaria Esperanca - Évora

I used to visit this bakery every week. Then the cakes, specially the chocolate cake and the 'duchesse ' were really amazing... Nowadays the chocolate cakes are tiny and the duchesses are not normally available in the morning. But the worse part is the staff... The staff used to be kind and always be there for you..., now there are some young girls that just don 't care about the client and make fun of them. The place only offers outdoor seating, and the terrace is always full, basically of people who ask for a coffee and stay there for an hour... I used to recommend this bakery but unfortunately the service and the staff just don 't deserve it.

Refeição, atendimento e ambiente espetacular. A qualidade das empadas, sobretudo as de perdiz e espinafres, é insuperável. Atendimento caseiro e simpático.
