Tetto Rooftop - Everton Park (QLD)

We have persisted and been to this establishment more than once. The first couple of times the door and service staff were average but bearable. The bar staff have usually been ok. Friends and I booked a table for a Saturday lunch only to be told by a rude younger staff member, 45 mins into our booking, that we'd have to leave in about half an hour as they had another booking (we were still waiting for our lunch at that stage). When we questioned it they eventually advised we could stay but made us feel like criminals for suggesting such a proposition. The next visit we didn't book a table as it was around 3pm on a Friday. The rude staff member on the door advised that we could come in for a drink but we'd have to leave after it as they were fully booked. By that stage, there were multiple tables with barely anyone there and when we left after our one (overpriced compared to the service received) drink, no one else had turned up. We are not teenagers and have plenty of cash to spend but will not be returning until the door and wait staff receive a lesson in service and manners. I'm hoping another rooftop bar opens in the new extension currently getting built!

I went to Tetto Rooftop bar last night. I was a bit confused by the menu as my husband and I wanted to each get a pawnstar martini but they were only listed in the cocktail tree section. When I asked the young bar tender if it was possible to just get two he responded that it was in a rude and patronising manner. One of his colleagues charged me for the drinks as they were being made then when the bar tender handed them over he asked me to pay again. When I explained I had just paid the bar tender didn 't believe me even though I offered to show him the transaction on my banking app. His colleague couldn 't remember if I had paid so together they searched their computer history for the payment. Once they saw in the history I had paid I was allowed to take the drinks. There was no apology. This appeared to be intentional and after a few drinks people may fool for their ploy (fortunately I was sober). Please check you only pay for what you order! Also pay by card so you have proof of payment.

Staff were quite rude when bringing drinks over to our table. Pretty much yelling out the drink name and getting cranky if someone didn't respond immediately.It was very hard to hear the staff due to the extra loud music.Disappointing experience as this place had such good potential.

Very quick and friendly service. Staff were on the ball. Drinks and food were so delicious. 10/10 recommend.

Some Staff are Fantastic, Especially James. Food has been going downhill for a while and greasier than a McDonalds Burger. Was a nice place to drink at.
