Mcdonald's - Evergreen

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was poor, and the manager was quite rude. My fries were cold, and when I requested a hot replacement, he reacted angrily and threw them in the trash. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 1, and the atmosphere a 3. For dinner, it cost around $10–20 per person.

Worker complained to us directly twice about the amount of effort it took for him to put our order into the computer system, all we asked was that our sandwiches come without one item. He was also wearing a very political pin on his uniform and I just don’t think McDonald’s should sanction politically-charged messaging from any direction. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Had to repeat order multiple times order extra ketchup no onion or pickle why would you think wiping off the onions (halfway) is acceptable? So I got to eat a dry burger with onions also order sweet and sour with nuggets what do I get? 2 ranches congratulations you successfully screwed up on every front however my coke was a coke so good job on that Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Food: 1 Service: 1

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonalds’s. Which is saying a lot. Congratulations, you’re the rudest and least professional McDonald’s. You did it! So proud of you! Service: 1
