Lariat Lodge Brewing Co. - Evergreen

This is a wonderful spot right off the busy main road. It's very dog-friendly, with lovely outdoor seating. The seating process was efficient, and the service was incredibly friendly. Our drinks arrived quickly, and both the beer and cider were quite enjoyable. It did take a little while for our burgers to arrive, and while they were good, they weren't exceptional. Overall, it was a lovely experience for a couple with two large dogs after a morning of hiking.

I had my first visit to this restaurant, and it was fantastic! From the moment our server, Candace, welcomed us, the atmosphere was lively and energetic. We sat on the terrace and decided to switch tables after ordering a beer, but that was no problem; she brought us water without us even asking. Although she was covering the entire terrace, she was attentive without being hurried. The ribeye steak was excellent, and the sausage was also very tasty. The beers were outstanding as well. I live in Westminster and will definitely be returning!

Excellent food and ambiance! My husband had the BBQ Burger, while I enjoyed the Bison Bistro Burger. We also ordered the Bavarian Pretzel and some beer and cocktails. Everything was incredibly delicious, and the portion sizes were generous. We left feeling satisfied and happy! Even though there was a small mix-up with one of our orders, the staff went above and beyond to rectify it. Fantastic customer service!

One of our favorite restaurants in town. Eating is always good, there is almost always live music, and the views of the city are really good. Besides, they are dog friendly and we bring the pups every time!! So a great place to hang out!

Friendly service, great atmosphere, and beautiful views. They make awesome beers love their hazy IPAs. Their veggie burger is delicious. The home chips and fries are tasty too. The Shishito Bowl was flavorful and often spicy.
