I tried the fish taco with jalapeño glaze and sopa tortilla, and it was a perfect 10/10! The fish was incredibly tender, and the flavor from the glaze and chipotle crema was out of this world. The sopa, however, was just 7/10; it was warm but not hot enough. The chips and salsa sampler was excellent, with just the right amount of heat—not too overwhelming for those who aren’t fans of spice. The kids' chicken bowl was delicious, with amazing flavors from the cilantro rice and grilled chicken. Everything tasted so fresh and full of flavor! The atmosphere was really cool too. I can't wait to check out their other location!

Kalaka is an exceptional restaurant. The service was superb, and the food was exquisite. The ambiance is wonderful, with beautiful interior decor. Our server was very attentive, frequently checking in to make sure everything was just right. There are numerous windows that offer stunning views of the mountains surrounding Evergreen.
