Island Life Creations - EVERGLADES CITY

The cafe was busy when we went for breakfast on Thursday morning. The waitress was attentive if not overly friendly. Perhaps busy. The food was good, but not extraordinary.

A typical small town diner friendly, efficient staff (if a little harried) excellent coffee, and decent enough food. We had breakfast the potatoes were more like French fries (they were deep fried) which was ok!

It doesn't look like much, inside or out, but the food is great and the menu has a lot of choices. Reasonably priced, and you can get and alligator burger

Had gator bites and shrimp and both were delicious cooked perfectly. Plus, the local feeling made us feel comfy and glad to be there.

Ate seafood first night.Crab cakes,fish tacos.Excellent!Went back for breakfast the next two mornings.Excellent again.Seems to be where regulars eat breakfast.Unique little town and very relaxing.
