Taco Bell - Everett

I ordered food to eat in and ended up waiting for 48 minutes. I had to leave to pick up my kids, but during that time, they kept prioritizing Uber and takeout orders for people who weren't even present. The customer service was terrible. I spent nearly $40 and had to leave without my food because there was no one available to talk to about getting a refund. The staff seemed more interested in their phones than in serving customers.

My boyfriend went to Taco Bell and they took most of his money and gave him less cash back , very rude customer service and no number to call and complain too . Will be speaking to manager tommorow in person smh ! We only ordered quesadilla ,nacho and afrozen drink 14$ later and my boyfriend had to give them a extra 10$ and they took more of the 10$ smh ???????

Each time I place an order from this restaurant through UberEats or Postmates, it seems they get the order completely wrong. The food arrives ice cold and is poorly wrapped, so everything ends up spilling into the bottom of the bag.

This is one of the worst Taco Bells on the North Shore. The employees seem indifferent and I often have to ask for the items they forget to give me at the window. I highly recommend going elsewhere; this place is just not worth it.

This Taco Bell is great. The associates are all very kind and polite. They also do a great job preparing the food. It's easy to prepare this kind of food in a way that turns into a mess for the customer, but these guys and gals put it together well. Myfood is never falling apart or spilling. Keep up the great work guys.
