Contribuiți la feedbackI ordered a cheese quesadilla, and asked for extra sauce because most of the time it’s never enough. Unfortunately when i opened my quesadilla, i was faced with a tortilla filled with about a gallon of sauce. No cheese, just sauce. i went in for a bite anyways, just to see if the 5 dollars i had just spent was worth it, 5 seconds later there’s sauce all over me, dripping down my hands. You have lost a valuable customer today taco bell. Maybe it’s for the better.
This is the WORST Taco Bell location we have ever dealt with. Unfortunately it is one of the few fast food places in our area. They make our order wrong 9/10 times. It doesn’t matter if you order at the window or through the app, it never fails to be wrong. When you go back to get your correct items they treat you like you are the inconvenience with nasty attitudes/comments and then will STILL not make your items correctly. I have looked for information to find who owns this location with no luck thus far. It needs ALL NEW EMPLOYEES MANAGEMENT. Today was our last time giving this location our money and I would recommend you drive to Snohomish or 128th for your Taco Bell needs. This location is a complete Dumpster Fire.
I placed a mobile order to pickup. Arrived at 7:29pm. 5 cars in front of me. Ordered at 7:32pm. Got my food at 7:43pm. I usually go to a different location but since my last experience was so bad, I decided to try this location. I read the reviews from the last couple of months and noticed that most of the reviews are complaints of getting the wrong food or missing items. I also read some reviews that talk about mean/rude employees, so I video taped my experience just in case anything important happened. The car in front of me was handed a bag immediately as he drove up, he checked his bag and handed it back to the employee then we sat in the line for 7 minutes until this customer got his correct order. Meanwhile the app tracker goes from “being made” to “ready.” I intentionally checked my bag to make sure all of my items were in the bag. I didn’t realize that I should open each item to make sure it wasn’t old. Originally I was only going to dock 1 star for the hygiene of the young man at the window. His hair was so greasy, he needed to shower. He was also wearing a very dirty gray sweatshirt. Then I started thinking about how the customer in front of me was handed a bag, then the bag was passed back into the store. This is contradicting the reasons that the lobby is closed. This was definitely against all Covid policies. (I’m a nurse that worked in the hospital with Covid patients during the entire pandemic. All of the stars were eliminated once I drove the 5 minutes to my house and took out the food. Please see pictures. I had 1 fresh taco. 2 of them were soggy and old, 1 of them was actually cold on my first bite, the shells were crumbled. Also I didn’t get a receipt. I want a refund.
I know it goes without saying to check your bag before you go, but I just spent $20 there tonight only to open up my bag at home and find it filled with bean burritos that are a, not my order, b, waaaaay under the price of my order. Thought about going back but then I realized they never gave me a receipt. The drive thru wasn't even busy at the time.
Fast service. Wish they would have e slowed down and gave me all the food I paid for however. Not ever going back there again.
