Starbucks - Everett

Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Service is amazing, food is really good.

It's a Starbucks: no more, no less. Speedy service and OK coffee. Staff is cheerful and friendly, though.

I order the creme Frappuccino....I get a coffee one....even after the barrista was asked, and they answered that it was correct...no coffee....I know that this is a coffee shop, but not everyone can stomach coffee...I sure can't...Dietary restrictions: Not very good at making a correct drink...they keep putting coffee in my creme Frappuccino....my stomach can't handle coffee...it's super acidic... 8/10 times I order, they screw it up.???

On top of the drink not being that good, I had a young lady working the drive thru try and add a tip to my order without my consent today. I caught it thankfully. The manager tried to blame me which is crazy to me. While they refunded me, I was appalled how it was handled. I'm sure they have cameras and would love to see what really happened. Watch your orders and totals at this location!
