I placed a pick-up order and had to wait almost an hour past my scheduled pick-up time. When I finally got my food, it was cold. I spent $74 on the order but only received a $13 refund for the cold food and the long wait. Disappointing experience.

Since Red Robin and I both hail from Seattle, I decided to visit their Everett location today, Sunday, June 25, 2023, to try something different.

Was not here in years, but from my experience today, it was great! The workers were super helpful. The food was good and the Pommes came. I love her honey mustard and ranch here. I will say in the past, the service was not the best (probably why this site has a lower rating), but it seems better now. Be aware that currently a lot of lack of specific ingredients, be so aware if you want something special.

We had an early dinner and drinks at the bar. The bartender, who was also our server, was incredibly attentive and helpful, guiding us with drink and sauce recommendations when we were uncertain. The food was remarkably fresh and arrived quickly, both with our initial order and our refill. As always, the quality was excellent for the price. I especially appreciated the variety of healthy sides available as substitutes. I'm looking forward to our next visit!
