Firehouse Subs Everett Mall Way

The sub was good, the order ahead, not so much. I randomly ordered for 11:05 instead of 12:05 and when I called the store at 10:45 to fix it, they had already made my sandwich. did they expect to sit there for 20 minutes until I picked them up? not ideal in my opinion. this location gets BUSY at noon, which is why I ordered in advance, but when I come back, I will wait for a fresh meal.

Not the firestone I'm used to. Good crowd. Smokey table part. As if the hood works properly. Sand that was extremely missing for the price. I'm not suggesting this place!! Subway got better subs, in this place!

The food is great, but it takes a while. My last time I ordered 3 sandwiches without changes and over 30 minutes. If you're not in a hurry, it's worth it. I command, but the sandwiches get a little rough after sitting. If they didn't help firefighters, I wouldn't go back.

Really grateful for the amazing staff! Always great food and friendly service. It's a go-to for my work team when catering lunch. Just got two deluxe platters that fed 13 grown men with some left over! Highly recommend the place!
