Cactus Moon Saloon - Everett

We had a family reunion in the lower room where all the dart boards are, it was great company, Wonderful pretty Bartender, very personable, had a lot of fun! Drinks were great too!

Ok I love this place in the afternoon. I frequent the place staff is lovely food is good. Last night I had the worst experience from service to food. Mashed potatoes were cover in whipped butter I mean drenched. Garlic bread must’ve been days old stiff as cardboard. If I wanted service I had to walk up to the bar. Water quality was so bad I could only take a sip. I don’t know how the lunch hour and dinner hours could be so different. Other than that the actual steak was great. Hopefully just a one off situation.

I have frequented the Cactus Moon Saloon for a couple of years now since discovering it when I was waiting for my car windshield to be repaired next door. Usually a great place, great staff and great wings, tacos and burgers. However, last night, I went here, thinking I was going to get out of the heat in my apartment (no AC), only to discover that they had no AC either. Their AC broke last summer, eventually got it fixed. Now, they have these little AC units that do not work. I will not be coming here again during the summer. To the owner: replace the AC with a real AC system that actually works. You are driving customers away.

I would give this 0, but that’s impossible so I give it a 1. Food is soggy, tasteless, and gross. I would rather eat the crust of my air fryer left there for a week then eat the food. The drinks are ridiculously strong, there are drunk men everywhere. There should be a cop posted out front to give everyone DUI’s for how impaired they let there guests leave. Horrible place, will never be back.

Great atmosphere, service food and drinks are great and delicious! Definitely a place to drink and eat.
