Wendy's - Evansville

The once-great fast food restaurant on St. Joe has sadly declined under new management. The staff has become rude, and my recent experiences have shown a lack of initiative among the employees. They seem to arbitrarily decide when the lobby is open, leading to a lot of inconsistency. I’ve been told multiple times to go through the drive-thru, only to be ignored when I do. It’s disappointing to see how the quality has dropped—it's hard to believe it's just a cheeseburger. I encountered five employees standing around in the lobby who informed me it was closed, despite there being no signs to indicate that.

I used to stop by this place all the time for drinks while walking home from high school back in 2011. Now, I can barely even get through the door without seeing 5 to 6 employees standing in the lobby, and there are no signs indicating that the lobby is closed.

This place has our order repeatedly wrong than I can count. Always check them before they go! it's long stopped because it was always annoying. we thought we'd go on, but today they told us they didn't have salates because they're too lazy to make them. their words. this place needs new management, owner, something.

The food has been hot and fresh and the staff is very nice. Place has made an astounding improvement compared to the prior management.

Dave Thomas would have a field day if he saw how this establishment is being ran. But sometimes they serve up something hot and delicious.
