Gaylacake - Evansville

Gayla and her staff are so sweet. They gave us space on a walk in Wednesday to choose what we wanted. I was with myself with the #McDanielTwins this day and they jumped in to help by making the perfect cupcake (like both guys had that a cupcake in the case they wanted), sitting and napkins so that the twins could enjoy their treats. Thank you.

Great local bakery. Big daughter had an event with her girl Scout-Truppe, nice event she had so much fun. I had no idea they did. She has to decorate her own little cake.

Very sweet owner, staff and a super clean facility. I enjoyed her candy on many occasions. Nice to support local businesses. Silence Cakes is affordable for most budgets. The staff is polite and you are greeted at the door. This facility is a local jewel. I can't say enough about her and her business. The cakes, cupcakes and more are absolutely wonderful. I've tasted everything, but their regular cakes, which I imagine, are just as wonderful. I usually get their cupcakes. The owner is personal and charming. She's working hard to keep her business as small businesses are fighting. I will always support and promote this institution. I wish them good things. That is why it is important to support your local businesses. If you have a sweet tooth and are in the local Evansville area; Please note this to try on your list of things. They won't be disappointed.

Choose a peanut buttercake with chocolate goose for our wedding day and it was sooo good! They also delivered it to my venue for a small fee and put the cake peat for us. We got the top-tier of our cake for free and got a 10% discount voucher to order another cake on our anniversary! Super impressed! I highly recommend it!

As a local wedding photographer I see wedding cakes just about every weekend my favorites are always when Gayla makes them!! Stunning AND delicious is hard to come by. I’ve also come to know her in passing she’s the sweetest lady! She obviously takes a lot of pride in her business.
