Waited in drive through for over 10 mins they keep saying hang on to order my food this place is a joke and the people don't want to

This was my first time here to this location and it was more than great! Well first, they messed up on my order and when I went back in, the manager listened and felt so bad and fixed it right away. He personally remade my concrete and even gave me a free coupon for next time. He went out of his way to fix an honest mistake. Thank you so much. Wish I could’ve caught your name!

Sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes to be handed a drink with out the lid on and spilled all over me. I am aware that accidents happen its part of it but for the oblivious child in the drive through window to then proceed to laugh is ridiculous. This west side freddys is a joke with some of the worst service I've had.

Love Freddy's on the west side. We always seem to go when it's less busy so that's always nice. Food is always food.Kid-friendliness: Lots of options for my children with a small appetite.

It was very noisy inside. The girl was not using a microphone to call out your number when the food was ready.. It was very hard to hear and understand her. The food order was made correct.
