Captain D's - Evansville

Eating is good (usually) but the rude staff doesn't let me eat here. if there is not for that I would probably give it, a 4 but they are incredibly unwilling and obviously hate the work.

So good people! they are young, but polite! great original tasting fish. I love captain d’s!

I have to praise them for taking care of a mistake right away. I got a meal that wasn't what I ordered. I called as soon as I came home and surprisingly apologised enough of the man and said he would repair my right order immediately if I came back. I did and was greeted by this man nicely and within minutes I had my meal and another apology. how refreshing! many thanks for their great service and this man deserves praise for his actions. I appreciate his demon and his courtesy.

We love capt D’s and are so happy that we have one more in our city. my man and I miss the immersion option, but with the pandemic we totally understand. best hush puppy and I would buy a glass of tartaric acid if they sold it in the super market. our eating is always hot and fresh and the driving hired are always friendly to us. when we get home from henderson, we always stop at this place. Sounds so good now. we will visit the thru running gear at this weekend!

Very terrible experience at this particular location in Evansville. During peak dinner hours I waited in drive thru for a lengthy amount of time with no one else in line. The environment didn't feel safe and the food was old and cold, and part of my order was missing. The iced tea had also gone sour. I contacted the area manager and she responded quickly. I asked for nothing, and I'll never go back but I'm certain she will address the issues. I love Captain D's. The Henderson KY location is amazing and has excellent customer service.
