Union Pizzeria Evanston Space

We had dinner at Union ahead of seeing The Lemonheads at SPACE. Solid cocktail and beer menu. We enjoyed their signature chopped salad and two small plates—the calamari and octopus. The grilled octopus with potatoes and olives is my single favorite bite to eat in Evanston. We followed that up with a Margherita and sausage and pepperoni pizza. Union is almost always busy for dinner, so reservations are highly recommended. Once there, you will experience attentive service in a relaxed but refined atmosphere. Recommended.

The staff is awesome and the pizza is some of the best I've ever had and I'm an old man! Seriously, excellent service and food. 100% a sure evening out.

We had amazing wild mushroom pizza. Definitely comeback. Wine was great service outstanding.

Salmon was awesome. The sauce on the calamari was scrumptious.
