The Caterist - Evanston

We worked with the Caterist for our reception and they did an incredible job! We truly have no complaints about their service the food was incredible (biggest compliment we received from all of our guests) and their staff was so professional. Ana, who we worked with most closely, was so pleasant, patient, and so kind to work with from the very start of our working relationship. The tasting was done so well made us feel so welcome. Would highly recommend the Caterist from here on out!!

Itemp work with these people there's a father and son the father is Brian excellent people to work with I really enjoyed myself very clean environment sanitize they really take care of their guests when they come and have events at different locations it's just really a great place to work an if they are having a event they'll take care of you to their best abilities.

I have been a wedding industry professional for over six years working in venue management and planning/coordination I had the absolute pleasure of working with Ana and The Caterist for the first time at a wedding out in Richmond, IL. Those of us in the industry know that wedding days and the weeks/months leading up are truly a team sport. Getting to collaborate with someone as professional, organized and thoughtful as Ana was a true highlight in my season.My couple had a family style dinner that guests were RAVING about throughout the night(especially the truffle mashed potatoes . Our vendor meal was similar to what the guests ate and I can confirm that the food was AMAZING, my vegetarian associate also agreed that it was one of the best veggie meals she was served this season. Servers were polite, professional, punctual, and swift.Ana was super communicative leading up to the event and I always felt like my notes and my clients needs were carefully documented and executed upon. We are blown away by the service and level of dedication that the team at The Caterist gave to our wedding. The guests wouldn't stop talking about the food. It was beyond! They even accommodated our gluten sensitive guests by making the majority of the menu GF! I felt truly special when they had a server bringing us the passed apps and cocktails during our cocktail hour! Then that service continued throughout the night. We were not expecting that.Working with the Ana to make adjustments to our rental orders and floor plan was a breeze and made the process stress-free!Thank you again for making our day so special!
