Subway - Evanston

If I could give negative stars, I would. The staff tried to charge me extra for toppings, which was ridiculous! Before I even had a chance to pay, one employee started preparing another order with no one else in line behind me, making me wait there for 5 minutes. Please avoid this place at all costs!

I eat here quite often for a quick bite during my work break. It's a decent Subway, but they actually tried to refuse me a cup of water today.

I waited 20 minutes for a 6-inch sandwich, even though I was the only customer in the restaurant. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong type of pretzel, even after I clearly specified my order three times and they repeated it back to me. I've never had such a poor experience at a Subway before.

The Subway restaurant I ate at was clean, the food was good, and the person that helped me had a great sense of humor. The atmosphere was quiet and typical for a Subway that's inside a service station mini market.

Diet and low insistence of seasoning and meat. meat looked old too. no regular salate. only spinat.
