Jimmy John's - Evanston

I work at a neighboring store and come to Jimmy John's every now and then. Today, really was amazing. I was outside shoveling to make a pathway for our clients from the street to the sidewalk (our sidewalk was clear because our landlord did what they were supposed to do. I cannot say the same for the rest of Sherman Ave. Although our landlord shoveled our sidewalk, the path from the street to the sidewalk was still covered with snow. I went to make a pathway. A 78 YEAR OLD WOMAN stopped me and insisted she take my shovel to go shovel the rest of Sherman Ave. I tried to stop her, but the sidewalks were horrible, and she wouldn't stop, so I helped her. I also went into every business and let them know a 78 year old woman was shoveling their sidewalk. Jimmy Johns was the ONLY one that came out to shovel. The young man behind the counter came to shovel, and he was so nice!!!! I cannot say the same about Blaze right next door.

One of the best Jimmy John's I've ordered from... freaky fast seems to be true at this location. I ordered my food and got up from my desk and the delivery person was already here. Awesome service

I mean, the sandwiches are standard for every jj, they either love them or hate them. I tend to engrave more customer service, and this place is especially good, people feel welcome and address their needs, even for something as simple as a sandwich. great staff, friendly and fast. I even had a birthday.

One of the best jimmy john’s I ordered from. Frequently fast seems to be true at this place. I ordered my food and got up from my writing and the supplier was already here. very good service

Tonight's order was not good. The bacon is usually hot but was cold and greasy. Sandwich was not as ordered. Was not put together with any care most everything fell out when I opened the bag. Cannot recommend this store.
