Epic Burger - Evanston

I recently dined at Epic Burger for the first time at their franchise location on Sherman in Evanston, IL. The dining experience was excellent and the staff was exceptional! Everyone was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable. We have a child with a peanut allergy and the staff was very accommodating, double-checking labels to make sure our little one was safe. This level of care and attentiveness is rare in most restaurants and I highly recommend making the trip to dine at this location. It is definitely worth it!

Epic Burger lived up to it's name and more: very much epic. Me and some friends were working on a film set and they graciously donated burgers and fries to feed the entire crew. Delicious and filling. Couldn't ask for more.

Expensive but that's fine. The burgers are well cooked, the service was fast, and everyone inside was masked. Do NOT buy a can of soda, that was a total ripoff to see on the receipt. If you do enjoy milkshakes and can stomach the $5 price tag they look really good. Park around the corner on Davis Street for less than an hour and walk out the second exit to arrive right at the entrance. This place is doing well for a college town, probably means they're doing something right.

Short walk from my hotel, prompt service, but for the price, you could at least get my order right. Cashier specifically asked me what type of Mayo I wanted, but then didn’t get any Mayo at all. Specified that I wanted extra pickle, got 2 pickles. For a $17 burger, I just wanted it the way I ordered it.

When we got to order, the clerk apologized and said there were but 2 employees and it may be 15-20 minutes to get our food. We decided to stay and 10 minutes later had our very freshly prepared food brought to us. It was a very tasty single with the condiments nicely spread on the bun. Fries were good and my pals chicken strips were above average also. Food seems solid but they suffer from the current inability to fill positions which is widespread. I’d return and glad we tipped these two hard-workers!
