If I could give this place less I would. The customer service is horrible. I am a Uber driver and I went in expecting for someone to say hi how can I help you, but instead I got nothing. I had to go up and tell them I was there for an Uber order and she didn’t even tell me where to go she just said it was in the corner and pointed. No help what do ever. My first time here my husband and I walked in 15 min before closing and they denied us service. I work in customer service and this is not what they provide. Never received my refund back on my order. I was trying to order from the Robert c Daniel location and accidentally ordered from Evans. I emailed them never heard back and YOU CANT EVEN CALL AND SPEAK TO ANYBODY. They have it set up where everything is on an app or through an automate machine. Highly pissed

Nice enough employees. But when the label says what you ordered, and they clearly didn’t even bother to read it when making it? Not worth the money spent or tip left. People aren’t always being difficult to be difficult, sometimes they do it because they need it made a certain way for health reasons.

The two ladies closing on 8/11 had horrible customer service. 0 words to us as customers just stared until we ordered. bizarre experience

A hit everytime I go and the onetime I had a issue their urgency to fix it was so awesome
