The front cashier/greeter was very Rude. Tyshaunna has an awful disposition to the customer and a sassy mouth. No customer deserves the ugliness she displayed. The food on the other hand was good. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Yesterday (7/27), I visited McAlister's and encountered a manager named Tyshaunna who was incredibly rude. I presented my It's Friday coupon, which was clearly visible on my screen, but she claimed she couldn't see it. Additionally, I had a happy hour coupon for a 50% discount on a drink, which she also failed to honor. To make matters worse, despite being first in line, Tyshaunna made my daughter step aside after I ordered so she could serve other customers. After five people had ordered, she finally asked my daughter for her order. This behavior was unacceptable and has deterred my family from returning to the restaurant. I have contacted the district manager but have yet to receive a response.

The salads at this restaurant are delicious and packed with flavor. It's a fantastic and affordable option for healthy eating a few times per week!
