Chick-fil-a - Evans

I understand that they hire teenagers but it takes an adult to manage them. The employees were out of control the afternoon I ate there 9/24/22. The restaurant was dirty including the floors, tables, and front counter. As I waited to order a set of keysflew in front of me. You can hear it on the video. Mgt needs to be re-trained. Videos are not uploading...sorry.

I ordered lunch from their app. It was delivered to the wrong place and when the lady who received my order called me, she was nice enough to bring it to me. I looked in the bag and neither of my sandwiches were in there only 2 fries. I called therestaurant and told them that the order was delivered to the wrong place and that I didn't receive my sandwiches. They sent thedriver back out and he delivered it to the wrong address again. By the time I received my sandwiches the fries were cold andunbeatable.

I really enjoy Chick-Fil-A, and this particular location is fantastic! I especially love the market salad, waffle fries, and, of course, the chicken. My kids always enjoy the kids meals, which usually come with a book or puzzle instead of a toy. The line can get long, but it usually moves quickly. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

We love Chick-fil-A! The food is always great, as are the drinks. However, we have noticed that sometimes they give us too few fries. It's disappointing when we only receive half a box.

The food at this restaurant is consistently hot and delicious, however, each time I have visited, I have noticed that I am always missing small things like sauce and utensils. I used to work at Chick-fil-A a long time ago, so I understand how challenging it can be to keep up with orders and deliver them quickly. I would just ask that you please take an extra two seconds to ensure that everything is included in the bag. Thank you.
