The Crazy Gator - Eustis

Bacon wasn't done, burger was over done, one of our orders of fries was over cooked, one undercooked. Asked for extra ketchup and received no ketchup, but they did give 3 mustard packs.

We wanted to moor our boat there for a nice lunch, but the pontoon rental company had every mooring point tied up with their boats. The other points said no parking.

Horrible service , food took over an hour and they weren’t busy. Food came out burnt. Waitress was rarely around to explain the delay. I had to hunt for her twice. Both had duct tape all over the seat. We will never go back again. If I could, I would get them negative 3 stars

Service was awesome. I'm not sure what's changed but they're just not the same. Hopefully they'll get back to being as good as they were but will probably take a break from going for a little while.

Food was delicious, waitress was friendly and helpful, overlooking the lake was beautiful
