Firehouse Subs Tavares - Eustis

Took 30 minutes to get a meatball sub. Glad it wasn’t busy! Thank you to the staff for being there, I think you may need better training on the process.

When my order wasn't right, they made it again and dropped it off at my office. That is customer service at it's best. The team is friendly and you get a sense they like their job. Thank you Tavares team for making my salad perfect!

It's the only place we order subs. The bread is good and they are not skimpy on the meat and toppings.

New to the area, love Firehouse but I went to this location 3 times and 1 of those times the service was only decent. Another time I was waiting around for 20+ minutes for a sandwich and this last time (Today) it will be the last because I waited 38 minutes for a sandwich and found they had been sitting on it and they didn't even make it properly. The other things that I made note of is the fact that their soap dispensers weren't working in either men or women's restrooms and this leads me to wonder how their employees are meeting food safety regulations at least they're wearing gloves. Note: I had previously brought this up to them on the first visit and all I have experienced since was an even worse experience.
