This hotel should not be rated high. It is old, dated, in the need of modernization. Old carpets not clean. My room smells very chic. NO BREAKFAST, although some reviewers indicated, there was a breakfast as part of the accommodation service. The staff were nice and friendly, no complaint about them. If about 5 out of 10 are evaluated.

Our room was very nice... Our electricity in the bathroom did not work and also not the phone chargers... We had a dog 2 doors all the time we were there... We were very unhappy about it and reported it more than once... Your staff did their best to solve the problem without accusation.... Your staff was very helpful for most part except the dog... Rebekha was very helpful... Our bank had blocked our card and helped us...

It's tired and worn, but clean. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. Our group stayed overnight and had dinner and breakfast. They probably lost their chef after 20 years and had new people in the kitchen. My steak was really good, but the fish was boiled to death and hard. Breakfast was a bit better, more of a self-serving buffet for most items, except they brought your dish of food that was OK. I asked for eggs and the egg yolk was still loose. Not the end of the world. I don't want to stay there overnight.

Hello my name is Amy. I am taking over as cook for the Pacific bar and grill. I would love you imput. Is break fast lunch or dinner the most important to you my goal is to get this place into possibly a full day restuarant or private for banquets and brunches for ladies just wanting to get together. Surf and turf. ?? Homemade Alfredo night. Chick, or shrimp Veg. We could go for ever but for now let build back what like for most of us Covid had effected or is. Weather for loss or growth. I have been a frequent quest at this property over the past 3 decades and even though the rooms are adequate the property sadly is not. My previous stay in May, the elevator did not work and since I was on crutches , this was a major issue . There is no longer a restaurant at any time other than 4 days a week for breakfast . there in so longer a lounge , too bad , as this was one of the best lounges in the Eureka area ; NO LONGER. The staff is still excellent but they are sailing on a sinking ship . No Pool any longer . No Bar . No Food and now now help of you accidently left an item behind . They direct you to a cloud based , 3rd party platform that absolutely worthless. Come on Red Lion , you can do better ..
