Contribuiți la feedbackLOOOOOOOORD!!! I just want my Bacon!!!! I stopped coming here over a year ago because I never get my full order when I come to this location. I don?t know what it is about bacon but I could never get my bacon whenever I asked AND PAY for it. I also reallywish this location would hire people who understood the definition of customer service because when you try and speak to themabout it, even when you make light of the situation they still sound like you are the one bothering them. Specifically the nightcrew. Well now that-that is off my chest, let me go find a pig to cut and cook my own bacon?
Amazing service and handling, especially for a game night on Pennington field. My cashier, Jacob W., demonstrated immaculate service and attentiveness. I was waiting for my burger for a while and he noticed and took initiative to get it to me. Not onlythat, but he also worked with me on being able to use the rest of my Whataburger gift card balance then paying with card withouta fuss. On top of the service, the food was good and I would definitely come back to this store to eat and experience
Gabrielle heard we were from Florida and that it was our first time at Whataburger, so she came out with Whataburger sunglasses, bandanas and other swag for us. It was such a great customer service experience, and the food was amazing. We might just have tocome back again before we leave :
Me and my partner went into the restaurant and before we even walked up, the worker quickly said what can I get you, didn't even look up at us the whole time, and had her headphone in. When we started ordering the food, she couldn't even hear because herheadphone was in and when she took it out, she bluntly said what, with an attitude. She gave little effort and acted like shedidn't want to be there. In my opinion, she could had a better attitude. Another customer came in right behind us and order,then walked away saying she had a bad attitude as well. In the future, I suggest putting on a fake face at least, then customerswould want to come back here.
As always once a year I will pick a whataburger store and go there three times to see if they can get my order right.... even once.....well this is this year's store. The past 3 mornings I have gone through and ordered breakfast. Day one gravy andbiscuit with hash brown... I was given the biscuit and gravy and not the hash brown but still charged for it.. Day twoyesterday ordered biscuit and gravy, extra biscuit, two sausage patties and a hash brown . Instead was given biscuit andgravy, extra biscuit, two BURGER patties and still no hash browns... Still charged for them. This morning I went through andasked for a biscuit and gravy, extra biscuit, two sausage patties, and hash browns. Instead I was given two biscuits and gravysand that's it... Still charged for the other stuff and I was clearly given the wrong order. It great to see whataburger isincapable of getting an order right still.. it's a shame whataburger use to be my favorite place to get fast food . You guysneed to do better. There's no point in calling and telling them about the mistakes they will not do anything to fix it. Here istoday's pics for proof. Welp off to another year without this places food :
